Track actual receipt
See which beneficiaries confirmed receiving assistance and which releases are awaiting confirmation or have a reported issue.

Follow the assistance journey from agency approval to wallet credit, personal acknowledgment and fund availability.
eRESIBO connects assistance releases to beneficiaries’ independent acknowledgment, showing who actually received benefits, what they received and when. Government can distinguish recorded releases from confirmed receipt and track outstanding assistance.

Review benefits received under each program, keeping partial receipts and outstanding assistance visible.
Use confirmed delivery, unresolved releases and remaining needs to inform program review and future budget preparation. Clearer records help government understand where benefits reached people and where follow-up is needed.
Receipt records inform budgeting alongside eligibility, demand, costs and program outcomes. Broader planning should use aggregated reporting, with personal beneficiary details limited to authorized staff.
eRESIBO is an ecosystem of transparency and accountability—connecting authorization, delivery, independent recipient acknowledgment and shared evidence.
Experience what the citizen sees, then switch to the agency's parallel audit trail.
Getting started depends on how you use eRESIBO. Individuals join through PUSOPAY, while companies complete organizational onboarding and connect their payroll systems.
Individuals can join the eRESIBO ecosystem by registering with PUSOPAY. Through the partnership arrangement, PUSOPAY users are automatically enrolled in eRESIBO, without a separate eRESIBO registration.
Complete PUSOPAY’s registration and applicable account requirements to begin using the supported receipt and acknowledgment journeys.
Company onboarding is required before implementing eRESIBO. It establishes the organization’s payroll workflow, authorized users and operational requirements.
Integration with the company’s payroll portal is necessary to connect payslip issuance, wage disbursement records, employee acknowledgments and reconciliation.
